77:19   Your thunder rumbled like wheels

In our day-to-day lives, we rely on the predictable laws of nature, such as the rising and setting of the sun. In His great kindness, God wanted us to be able to regulate our lives, and therefore He gave us a system that we can depend on. But in spite of the apparently predictable laws of nature, in reality Hashem is orchestrating everything directly, behind the scenes. This can be demonstrated by His control over nature during the exodus from Egypt and the splitting of the sea. This is not only true about nature, but about everything that happens in this world. As much as we try to control our lives, our efforts are overshadowed by the divine will that invariably makes the final decision. There is no place where this truth is more apparent than in the Land of Israel. Hashem reminds us in Sefer Devarim (11:10), “For the land that you are about to enter and possess is not like the land of Egypt from which you have come. There the grain you sowed had to be watered by your own labors, like a vegetable garden.” The fact that Eretz Yisrael is dependent upon the rainfall for its survival ensures that its citizens live with the constant reminder that they are dependent on God for their sustenance and livelihood.

In God's great kindness and yes it does makes a lot of since when you do think about it. Consistency makes all the difference in an orderly life. That is what God wanted for His Children for us always since our creation, NO? I mean After all God is pulling all the strings behind the system. You have to agree on that if you believe in God and except that much, NO? Did not God show His children that mighty fact to them as well as Egypt by parting the red sea when they fled Egypt as well as the plagues, No?

Funny how we often like to feel we have full control over our lives and yet there are those times wee find that there can be no other way than that of the hand of God had been introduced into our life's and had made a change, a right or left coerce change taking us completely by surprise. Yet we knew it was for sure the hand of God guiding us us, NO?

In Israel the land is so dependent on water from the clouds and not from aggregation from the Nile as Egypt had been like. So much was dependent by the very grace of God to His Children. This served to remind the people of Israel that God who controlled everything here upon the Earth through the gift of creation served as a reminder that they are ultimately dependent on God for their sustenance and livelihood.

However that being said I already felt the Jewish people by then already understood that principle. I understand that from time to time we all need to remember that. especially in the Gentile world as it is these days. However that being said so many Judaeo/Christian Churches are going back to there Jewish roots which I belong to and are relearning the truth of our Jewish roots and learning, understand, and appreciating what our fellow Jewish Brethren have understood for centuries. While we can never be Jewish by Birth Right, we can still have a knowledge to understand. carl
