Where is Shiloh
Shiloh, the site of the Tabernacle and the first capital of the Israelite Kingdom, is located 31 kilometers, or about 19 miles, north of Jerusalem. It is just to the west of the modern Israeli town of Shilo.

וַיִּקָּהֲלוּ כָּל־עֲדַת בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל שִׁלֹה וַיַּשְׁכִּינוּ שָׁם אֶת־אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וְהָאָרֶץ נִכְבְּשָׁה לִפְנֵיהֶם׃
The whole community of B’nei Yisrael assembled at Shilo, and set up the Tent of Meeting there. The land was now under their control;

Joshua brought the Tabernacle from Gilgal to Shiloh where it remained for 369 years, serving as the central point for Israelite service to God. It was at the Tabernacle in Shiloh that Hannah poured out her heart to God, begging for a child, and it was from Shilo that the Ark of the Covenant was taken to war and lost to the Philistines in battle.
