1Bel is bowed, Nebo is cowering, Their images are a burden for beasts and cattle; The things you would carry [in procession] Are now piled as a burden On tired [beasts].
ka-RA b'-EL ko-RAYs n'-VO ha-YU a-tza-BAY-hem la-KHA-yah v'-la-b'-HE-mah n'-su-o-TAY-khem a-mu-SOT ma-SA la-a-YAY-fah
אכָּרַ֥ע בֵּל֙ קֹרֵ֣ס נְב֔וֹ הָיוּ֙ עֲצַבֵּיהֶ֔ם לַחַיָּ֖ה וְלַבְּהֵמָ֑ה נְשֻׂאֹתֵיכֶ֣ם עֲמוּס֔וֹת מַשָּׂ֖א לַעֲיֵפָֽה׃
2They cowered, they bowed as well, They could not rescue the burden, And they themselves went into captivity.
KAR-su KAR-u YA-kh'-DAV lo ya-KH'-lu ma-LET ma-SA v'-NAF-sham ba-SHE-vee ha-LA-kha
בקָרְס֤וּ כָֽרְעוּ֙ יַחְדָּ֔ו לֹ֥א יָכְל֖וּ מַלֵּ֣ט מַשָּׂ֑א וְנַפְשָׁ֖ם בַּשְּׁבִ֥י הָלָֽכָה׃
3Listen to Me, O House of Yaakov, All that are left of the House of Yisrael, Who have been carried since birth, Supported since leaving the womb:
shi-MU e-LAI beit ya-a-KOV v'-kol sh'-AY-reet beit yis-ra-AYL ha-a-mu-SEEM mi-NEE be-TEEN ha-ne-su-EEM mi-NEE ra-KHAM
גשִׁמְע֤וּ אֵלַי֙ בֵּ֣ית יַעֲקֹ֔ב וְכׇל־שְׁאֵרִ֖ית בֵּ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל הַֽעֲמֻסִים֙ מִנִּי־בֶ֔טֶן הַנְּשֻׂאִ֖ים מִנִּי־רָֽחַם׃
4Till you grow old, I will still be the same; When you turn gray, it is I who will carry; I was the Maker, and I will be the Bearer; And I will carry and rescue [you].
v'-AD zi-K'-NA a-NEE HU v'-AD SAY-va a-NEE es-BOL a-NEE a-SEE-tee va-a-NEE es-SA va-a-NEE es-BOL va-a-ma-LET
דוְעַד־זִקְנָה֙ אֲנִ֣י ה֔וּא וְעַד־שֵׂיבָ֖ה אֲנִ֣י אֶסְבֹּ֑ל אֲנִ֤י עָשִׂ֙יתִי֙ וַאֲנִ֣י אֶשָּׂ֔א וַאֲנִ֥י אֶסְבֹּ֖ל וַאֲמַלֵּֽט׃
5To whom can you compare Me Or declare Me similar? To whom can you liken Me, So that we seem comparable?
l'-MI t'-da-m'-YU-nee v'-tash-VU v'-tam-shi-LU-nee v'-nid-MEH
הלְמִ֥י תְדַמְּי֖וּנִי וְתַשְׁו֑וּ וְתַמְשִׁל֖וּנִי וְנִדְמֶֽה׃
6Those who squander gold from the purse And weigh out silver on the balance, They hire a metal worker to make it into a god, To which they bow down and prostrate themselves.
ha-ZA-leem za-HAV mi-KIS v'-KE-sef ba-KA-neh yish-KO-lu yis-k'-RU tzo-REF v'-ya-a-SE-hu EL yis-g'-DU af-yish-ta-cha-VU
והַזָּלִ֤ים זָהָב֙ מִכִּ֔יס וְכֶ֖סֶף בַּקָּנֶ֣ה יִשְׁקֹ֑לוּ יִשְׂכְּר֤וּ צוֹרֵף֙ וְיַעֲשֵׂ֣הוּ אֵ֔ל יִסְגְּד֖וּ אַף־יִֽשְׁתַּחֲוֽוּ׃
7They must carry it on their backs and transport it; When they put it down, it stands, It does not budge from its place. If they cry out to it, it does not answer; It cannot save them from their distress.
YI-sa-U-hu al-ka-TEF yis-be-LU-hu v'-ya-ni-KHU-hu takh-TAV v'-ya-a-MOD mi-m'-KO-mo lo ya-MISH, af-yitz-AK e-LA-yav v'-lo ya-a-NEH, mi-tza-RA-to lo yo-SHI-e-NU. (S)
זיִ֠שָּׂאֻ֠הוּ עַל־כָּתֵ֨ף יִסְבְּלֻ֜הוּ וְיַנִּיחֻ֤הוּ תַחְתָּיו֙ וְיַֽעֲמֹ֔ד מִמְּקוֹמ֖וֹ לֹ֣א יָמִ֑ישׁ אַף־יִצְעַ֤ק אֵלָיו֙ וְלֹ֣א יַעֲנֶ֔ה מִצָּרָת֖וֹ לֹ֥א יוֹשִׁיעֶֽנּוּ׃
8Keep this in mind, and stand firm! Take this to heart, you sinners!
zik-ru-ZOT v'-hit-o-SHA-shu ha-SHEE-vu po-sh'-EEM al-LEV
חזִכְרוּ־זֹ֖את וְהִתְאֹשָׁ֑שׁוּ הָשִׁ֥יבוּ פוֹשְׁעִ֖ים עַל־לֵֽב׃
9Bear in mind what happened of old; For I am Hashem, and there is none else, I am divine, and there is none like Me.
ZIKH-ru ree-SHO-not me-o-LAM, KEE a-NO-khee EL v'-AYN OD e-lo-HEEM v'-E-fes ka-MO-nee
טזִכְר֥וּ רִאשֹׁנ֖וֹת מֵעוֹלָ֑ם כִּ֣י אָנֹכִ֥י אֵל֙ וְאֵ֣ין ע֔וֹד אֱלֹהִ֖ים וְאֶ֥פֶס כָּמֽוֹנִי׃
10I foretell the end from the beginning, And from the start, things that had not occurred. I say: My plan shall be fulfilled; I will do all I have purposed.
ma-GID me-re-SHEET a-kha-REET u-mi-KE-dem a-SHER lo-na-a-SU o-MER a-tza-TEE ta-KUM v'-kol-khef-TZI e-e-SEH
ימַגִּ֤יד מֵֽרֵאשִׁית֙ אַחֲרִ֔ית וּמִקֶּ֖דֶם אֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹא־נַֽעֲשׂ֑וּ אֹמֵר֙ עֲצָתִ֣י תָק֔וּם וְכׇל־חֶפְצִ֖י אֶעֱשֶֽׂה׃
11I summoned that swooping bird from the East; From a distant land, the man for My purpose. I have spoken, so I will bring it to pass; I have designed it, so I will complete it.
ko-RE m'-miZ-RAKH a-YIT m'-E-rets m'-r'-KHAK eesh (a-TZAT-to) [a-TZA-ti] af-di-BAR-tee af-a-vee-E-nah ya-TZAR-tee af-a-e-SE-nah.
יאקֹרֵ֤א מִמִּזְרָח֙ עַ֔יִט מֵאֶ֥רֶץ מֶרְחָ֖ק אִ֣ישׁ (עצתו) [עֲצָתִ֑י] אַף־דִּבַּ֙רְתִּי֙ אַף־אֲבִיאֶ֔נָּה יָצַ֖רְתִּי אַף־אֶעֱשֶֽׂנָּה׃
12Listen to Me, you stubborn of heart, Who are far from victory:
SHI-m'u e-LAI a-BI-rei LEV ha-RE-kho-KEEM mi-tze-da-KAH
יבשִׁמְע֥וּ אֵלַ֖י אַבִּ֣ירֵי לֵ֑ב הָרְחוֹקִ֖ים מִצְּדָקָֽה׃
13I am bringing My victory close; It shall not be far, And My triumph shall not be delayed. I will grant triumph in Tzion To Yisrael, in whom I glory. 1
kay-RAV-tee tzid-ka-TEE LO tir-KHAK ut-shu-a-TEE LO t'-a-KHAYR v'-na-ta-TEE v'-tzi-YON t'-shu-AH l'-yis-ra-AYL tif-ar-TEE
יגקֵרַ֤בְתִּי צִדְקָתִי֙ לֹ֣א תִרְחָ֔ק וּתְשׁוּעָתִ֖י לֹ֣א תְאַחֵ֑ר וְנָתַתִּ֤י בְצִיּוֹן֙ תְּשׁוּעָ֔ה לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל תִּפְאַרְתִּֽי׃
46:13 I will grant triumph in Tzion to Yisrael, in whom I glory
