And if you do obey these rules and observe them carefully, Hashem your God will maintain faithfully for you the covenant that He made on oath with your fathers:

v'-ha-YAH AY-kev tish-m'-UN AYT ha-mish-pa-TEEM ha-AY-leh ush-mar-TEM va-a-see-TEM o-TAM v'-sha-MAR a-do-NAI e-lo-HE-kha l'-KHA et ha-b'-REET v'-et ha-KHE-sed a-SHER nish-BA la-a-vo-TE-kha

Deuteronomy 7:12

No man shall stand up to you: Hashem your God will put the dread and the fear of you over the whole land in which you set foot, as He promised you.

Deuteronomy 11:25

Our portion carries a promise of Godly assistance in conquering the Land of Israel and blessings for following His commands. Moses warns the people that they will be punished for disregarding God’s word and reminds them of several incidents in which they had sinned, but mostly focuses on the good that God will bring them if they keep His laws. It also deals heavily with the bounty of the Promised Land.
