Pisces is the astrological sign for the lunar month of Adar. In Judaism, it is represented by two fish swimming in opposite directions. It has stood as a symbol of balance, similar to the yin-yang, for thousands of years and can be seen as a commonly portrayed motif in Jewish art over the centuries.
